Refund Policy

 

We understand that choosing a training programme is an important decision. Please read the following carefully before enrolling.

Due to the immediate access provided to digital training materials, refunds are not available once course content has been accessed.

If you enrol and change your mind before opening or viewing any lessons, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Access logs are used to confirm whether materials have been viewed.

After any module, video, workbook or downloadable material has been opened, the course is considered in use and refunds cannot be issued.

Payment plans are a commitment to pay the full course fee. Cancelling a payment plan does not cancel the outstanding balance and remaining payments will still be due.

In exceptional circumstances, enrolment may be deferred to a future intake at our discretion.
